Box truck dispatch for the loads a 53-foot trailer is too big for.
Box trucks and cargo vans haul the freight that does not fill a semi: partial loads, expedited shipments and deliveries to places a tractor-trailer cannot reach. The loads are smaller, so the rate, the miles and the next load have to be right every time.
What box truck dispatch really involves.
Fewer loads on the boards
Most load-board freight is posted for 53-foot trailers. We search for box truck and van loads specifically, and work the brokers who move partial and expedited freight.
Liftgate or dock
Many box truck deliveries go to businesses without a loading dock. We check whether a load needs a liftgate or a pallet jack before it is accepted, so the driver is not turned away at the door.
CDL or non-CDL
Most box trucks are rated at 26,000 pounds or less and can be driven without a CDL. We book loads that keep you inside your truck’s weight rating and your licence.
Short runs, tight windows
Box truck work is often local or regional, with narrow delivery windows. We plan stops and appointments so the day holds together instead of running late from the first drop.

Box truck dispatch FAQ
What size box trucks and vans do you dispatch?
Straight trucks, most often 26-foot box trucks, and cargo or sprinter vans. Tell us your length, your payload and whether you have a liftgate, and we book loads that fit.
Do I need my own authority to run a box truck?
To haul freight for hire across state lines you need your own USDOT number and MC authority, and the insurance that goes with them. If you are still setting that up, see dispatch for new authorities.
What freight does a box truck haul?
Palletised partial loads, furniture and appliances, retail and e-commerce shipments, and expedited freight that cannot wait for a full truckload.
